My approach to co-creation is values-led, thoughtful and practical. I’m particularly interested in how we can bring the unlike-minded together in a way where diverse expertise is celebrated, power is distributed and decision making is shared.

For me, co-creating isn’t about workshops or frameworks - it’s about building the conditions where people can work together to make meaningful impact.
