Co-Design

I work alongside communities and organisations to shape ideas, services and systems in ways that are grounded in lived experience and lead to real, lasting change.

My approach to co-design is values-led, thoughtful and practical. I’m particularly interested in how lived and technical experience come together in a way where power is distributed and decision making is shared.

At its best, co-design isn’t about workshops or frameworks; it’s about creating the conditions for shared ownership in creating meaningful outcomes for those that need it most.

I support co-design through:

  • Problem definition and framing

  • Lived and technical experience collaboration

  • Discovery and insight generation

  • Concept development and ideation

  • Prototyping and testing in real-world contexts

  • Implementation and delivery

  • Impact Scaling

  • Co-design training and capability building

  • Reflection, learning and sense-making workshops
